fish n chips

last week in cooking we made fish n chips. When making this we use different types of potatoes to make the chips and we seasoned them is salt, pepper and marocain seasoning. For the fish, we used hoki so this fish didn't fall apart we cooked it a little bit frozen and it still stayed together, to season this we used salt and pepper on top of the fish we put mayo and so panko breadcrumbs which had lemon and oil mixed into it. That day nothing we cooked was fried it was all baked with a little bit of oil, salt and pepper. to package it we made a paper cone and put the food in them.
Teamwork:
When doing this our teamwork was good and we worked well together. last week was the first week that all our team was there so it was the first time we all worked together. I think next time we might just need to plan out properly and decide whos doing what.
