Grilled beef kofta









What will I do next time:
Next time I think I will soak the wooden skewers longer and make the meat longer and thinner.
What I learnt:
When making this I learnt that you should add more flavouring to your meat so that it isn't as bland.
Teamwork:
Whilst making this I thought our team worked really well together and all helped out and done our jobs.
