Reflection-Thoughts about vegetarian dishes we made:
What were your thoughts prior to eating? 
Nachos- As we were making it I thought it wasn't going to taste as good as ones that have meat in it because instead of meat we added beans, canned tomatoes that look like salsa, mixed vegetables and onions if you wanted them. 
Did your thought change after you sampling it?
Nachos- After we ate the nachos my thoughts had kind of change going from not thinking they would taste nice too they are better than I thought, but as we kept eating it started to taste weird. 
Why is it good to have one vegetarian dish per week in your diet?
Because it will be low in fat and you will get more minerals, nutrients and fibre in your diet.
Meat supply us with protein and iron give an example of a vegetable that offers you this as well? 
Dark green vegetables like broccoli, silver beet, spinach and peas.
